WHAT TO EXPECT

Your First Visit
What can you expect to see and experience when you visit Harvest Life?

A Typical Service
When you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed and greeted by friendly people. Service begins with an opening prayer and a time of worship. After worship, we meet and greet those around us, go over announcements, which are followed by a message taught from the Bible to help apply biblical principles to everyday life. When the message ends there is a closing prayer and final song.  You are invited to stay for coffee and donuts; also, someone will be available in the back if you have any questions or are in need of prayer.

Children and Youth
We place a great emphasis on our children and youth, for that reason, we are equipped to meet their needs. Our desire is to introduce them to Jesus Christ through the reading of the Bible and interactive lessons at their level of learning.
We offer children’s ministry for all ages. If you have children, you will be directed to our Kingdom Kids room. Before service begins you will be able to sign your child/children in, both you and your child/children will receive a matching bracelet with a number. Children will then go into the service to worship alongside their parent or guardian. After worship, during “meet and greet”, they will be escorted to our Kingdom Kids room by the children’s ministry director.  Of course you are more than welcome to have your child/children remain with you during service.
Infants and toddlers (newborn to 4 years) are welcome to stay in the Kingdom Kids room with one of our teachers during worship.

Communion
The first Sunday of every month we partake of Communion during the service.

What to Wear
We invite you to dress in what is comfortable for you. You’ll fit right in.  After all, the Bible tells us that God is more concerned with our hearts than He is with what we wear or how we look (1 Samuel 16:7).

What Harvest Life Believes
At Harvest Life, we are committed to bringing people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, assisting them to maturity in their Christian faith, and equipping all believers to become actively involved in serving the Lord. For more on what we believe, view “Our Beliefs”.

As a first time visitor, you are sure to have questions, feel free to call or e-mail the church office. We consider it our privilege to be of service to you.
